Switches

  • Two switch styles are available for manual lighting control:

    • SW-TS-M: Configurable, Touch-Screen Switch
    • SW-SF: Momentary Contact Single Function Switch
  • Both switch models are low voltage controlled and can be installed with a standard decora switch plate.  This allows for installation using standard electrical junction boxes, plaster rings and wall plates.  Multi-ganging is also possible with our switches. 
  • Touché’s popular configurable touch-screen switch can be programmed to display between two and six buttons.  A slide type dimmer arrangement is also possible.  Each button is able to display two lines of user-defined text as a button function description.  Setup and configuration of the switch is as simple as selecting the number of buttons and entering a description for each button from the user interface program residing on the Building Management Server.  Configuration and button function text is automatically sent to the appropriate switch for display.  Templates (both factory and user defined) are available that make the process even faster.  Typical configuration time is in the order of 30 seconds per switch.  But what does all of this functionality cost?  No more than traditional button style switches with engraved plates from other manufacturers. 
  • For the more budget minded applications a momentary contact switch is available to manually control the lighting in a particular area.  Momentary switches can be set up in a toggle configuration:  push once to turn the lights on and push again to turn the lights off; or a multi-level configuration: push once to turn the lights on low, push again for high, push a third time for off.  Momentary switches can be directly connected to many of Touché’s products including: local relay modules, digital interfaces, or input interfaces (with the II-16-DI configuration).

SW-TS-M Touch-Screen Configurable Low Voltage Switch Configurable, touch-screen switch. This switch is configurable from two to six buttons or a slide dimmer. Each button can display user defined descriptions for its function.
SW-SF Momentary
Contact Single Function Switch		 This switch is a momentary contact switch capable of interconnection with several of Touché's devices. This switch provides a budget conscience solution for areas in a facility not requiring the sophistication of our configurable switch.
